The channel had an interview with Zhang Qi, the dean of Academy of Chinese Energy Strategy. The interviews mainly focused on the issues of private companies, foreign-funded enterprises and other social capital from all walks of life getting official permits for oil and gas exploration and exploitation, and the complete elimination of monopoly barriers in the upstream oil and gas indust ry.
