万鑫，中共党员，中国石油大学（北京）信息科学与工程学院/人工智能学院自动化系教师。博士毕业于中国石油大学（北京）控制理论与控制工程专业。
研究方向主要包括面向石油化工过程、装备的控制系统及控制算法开发等。作为负责人先后完成中国特种设备检测研究院两类管道检测机器人核心控制系统的设计开发并成功投运。
