On the morning of March 18, Liu Donghua, Director of the International Office of the People's Public Security University of China, and seven of his colleagues visited CUP to learn its experience in international cooperation and exchange. Li Yongfeng, Director of CUP International Office, received the guests and held a meeting, which was attended by Deputy Directors Yao Jun, Lu Shang and other staff of the International Office.

At the meeting, Li Yongfeng, on behalf of CUP, welcomed Director Liu Donghua and his delegation. Yao Jun introduced CUP’s experience in the establishment of the Worldwide Energy Universities Network, and shared experiences in terms of business trip management, school-level cooperation projects, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cooperation, and management of overseas students. Staff of CUP International Office gave detailed answers to a series of questions on international cooperation and website construction. After the meeting, Deputy Director Lu Shang accompanied Liu Donghua and his delegation to inspect the dormitories, dining halls, classrooms and activity areas of international students.

The People's Public Security University of China, founded in 1948, is a general university and a senior police academy directly under administration of the Ministry of Public Security, and is a first-tier national university of China.
