Almost 200 non-graduating class PhD students started their return to CUP Beijing campus since 8th June,2020. To welcome the first cohort back, the institution has collected the students' returning information in advance and arranged vehicles at Beijing Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station and Capital Airport for picking up  to ensure their safety.

CUP provided a one-stop check-in service on the East Campus of the university and distributed "Guidance for Returning Students" , "health package", masks, hand-disinfection and other epidemic prevention facilities for students to convey warmth and care of the Alma Mater. The university key areas and places such as dorms, canteen, classrooms, laboratories, etc. have been cleaned and disinfected to ensure a comfortable and safe campus environment for newly arrival students.
