We have provided customized cultural exchange and management training to oil and gas companies from Middle Asia, especially Kazakhstan. The training courses include Chinese Culture, Reform and Open-up of China, Introduction to Chinese Petroleum Industry, Petroleum Project Management and site-visit to oilfields. We have offered nearly 100 such trainings, involving almost 1500 people. 95% of our attendees rate our training as very good.

Participants can not only learn advanced management concepts and methods, but they can also experience the great Chinese culture and learn how Chinese petroleum industry grew.
