CALL FOR PAPERS
The 2013 Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition (APOGCE), co-organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers (IATMI), will be held 22 - 24 October 2013 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The conference will highlight both projects and human capital through its theme “Maximising the Mature, Elevating the Young”. Most projects in the Asia Pacific region are either under development (young) or in decline (mature) with both possessing different challenges altogether. With a big gap in the industry where mid-career professionals are scarce, it is imperative for experienced professionals to do the balancing act of ensuring project quality while mentoring young professionals up to “stand-alone quality”.
To address these challenges, we invite you to submit a paper proposal on your original or previously unreported results of technical solutions, fundamental advancements, case studies, and knowledge for consideration by the 2013 APOGCE Technical Programme Committee.
Paper proposals will be accepted online and finalised submission must be received by 3 December 2012.
