Education
Dr. Feng graduated and obtained his Bachelor's degree from University of Petroleum (East China) In 1988, with Management Engineering as his major. He continued his study and got his Master's degree three years later at the same university and has been teaching there for several years. Mr. Feng obtained his Doctor's degree on 10,October, 1997 from the Moscow Petroleum University, Russia.

Previous Teaching/working Experience:
From August 1997 to July 1999, he served in Kazakhstan as a manager of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) for the crude oiltransportation and distribution. From October 2000 to September 2003, he worked in the headquarter of CNPC.
From September 2003, Dr Feng started his teaching and research career at China University of Petroleum, Beijing.
