韦岳长,生于1982年,现为中国石油大学(北京)教授、博士生导师、国家级人才、北京市科技新星,中国能源学会能源与环境专业委员会秘书长、油气光学探测北京市重点实验室常务副主任、Chinese Chemical Letters和Petroleum Science期刊青年编委会委员。长期致力于机动车尾气排放炭烟颗粒物净化和光催化CO2还原催化剂的研发及其催化机理研究。截至目前为止,在Energy Environ. Sci., Angew. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Appl. Catal. B, EST, ACS Catal., J. Catal.等期刊上发表SCI收录论文140余篇,研究成果他引4900余次,H因子42;主持国家自然科学基金3项;授权中国发明专利37项。
