CUP achieved great improvement both in the rankings of Asia and Mainland of China in spite of the continuous increase in the number of competitors in recent three years. Besides, CUP obtained a high score of 88 in “industry income”, an indicator that has consistently performed well and maintained at a high level for this time.
The THE Asia University Rankings use the same 13 performance indicators as theWorld University Rankings, but they are recalibrated to reflect the attributes of Asia’s institutions, such as an increased weighting of industry incomes. The universities are valuedacross all their core missions – teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons available.
