Five International Students of CUPB have Won the 2020 Chinese Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship
Recently, the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education has issued a notice on the announcement of the award results of the 2020 Chinese Government Scholarship for Outstanding International Students in China. A total of 575 students who studied in China were awarded the "Chinese Government Scholarship for Outstanding International Students" in 2020.
Among them, five international students of CUPB have been selected, including a PhD student of 2018 class IQBAL KASHIF(nationality: Pakistan, major: chemical engineering and technology), a postgraduate student of 2019 class OSEI BOAKYE NANCY PEARL (nationality: Ghana, major: geological resources and geological engineering), an undergraduate student of 2018 class DUONG THI THANH MAI(nationality: Vietnam, major: petroleum engineering), a PhD student of 2017 class AWAN RIZWAN SARWAR(nationality: Pakistan, major: geological resources and geological engineering), a PhD student of 2018 class ALI ISSOUFOU MAHAMADOU SIRADJO (nationality: Niger, major: Oil and gas field development project).
The five international students won the prize, which is a full recognition of their excellent academic performance and outstanding comprehensive performance in school, and also fully demonstrates the achievements of international education in our university. We hope that all international students can follow their example, strive to learn Chinese, Chinese culture and professional knowledge, and actively participate in recreational and sports activities both on and off campus, so as to achieve better results.
