Recently, the Chinese and foreign music exchange competition, jointly sponsored by the Central Conservatory of music and the Chinese Music Center, was jointly organized by the Central Conservatory of Music and the International Music Exchange Center. CUPB won the group award, the Turkmen student GADAMOVA AYNUR and the Congo (Brazzaville) student KIMAKA PAMBOU RINEL ROLYSNA won the excellent award of instrumental music group, Kazakh student ZHUMINA AIDANA won the excellent award of vocal music group, and Ugandan student SSEKAMATTE ALLAN won the excellent award of original work group.

CUPB actively organized and mobilized international students to participate in the competition. Foreign students from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Congo (Brazzaville) and other countries performed Chinese piano solo, original folk song guitar playing and singing, and Chinese song "country" solo through online video.

As part of the "Chinese Bridge Wuzhou Music: Online International Summer Camp For Chinese Music Culture", the video competition attracted 243 foreign Chinese learners and Chinese culture lovers from 68 countries around the world, and received 232 entries. After expert evaluation, 10 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 33 third prizes, 5 special awards and 10 group awards were selected.
