To effectively improve the safety awareness of international students of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) against telecommunications fraud and avoid the loss of international students’ property, China University of Petroleum (Beijing) College of International Education specially invited Ma Yue, the safety publicity specialist of China Mobile Communications Group, Beijing Shunyi Branch Come to the school to carry out a safety knowledge lecture on " Maintain Property Security and Guard against Telecom Fraud".

The safety publicity specialist Ma Yue popularized relevant knowledge to the international students of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) from four aspects of the types and common forms of telecom fraud, how to identify and prevent telecom fraud and the remedial measures after being cheated. She warned the students not to seek small profits and call the 110 alarm number for help when necessary.

This lecture has enabled international students at China University of Petroleum (Beijing) to increase their knowledge of telecom fraud prevention.
