Insights from the Internship of DOJENO JASPER JOHN DOLAR
First of all, I would like to thank the International Youth Exchange Center for giving us international students a rare opportunity to participate in this internship, so that I can really experience the internship in a Chinese company. This internship made me know a lot of Chinese and foreign friends. I learned a lot from my internship experience. Firstly, whether I can complete the internship depends on whether I have enough knowledge reserve. Secondly, I learned to meet challenges and gradually solve the difficulties encountered in the process of completing tasks. Thirdly, I found that the internship helped me develop good time management skills, which will play an important role in my career development. In addition, I have a lot of insights from the internship experience. I learned that it's crucial for an intern to be proactive and sponge in new information. This will enable me to improve my interpersonal relationship, business ability and so on. My internship experience helped me learn a lot about myself, including my strengths and weaknesses. During the internship, I developed a good sense of discipline, resistance to pressure, and improved my ability to solve practical problems and Chinese proficiency. I found that with my Chinese proficiency, I was able to communicate with my Chinese colleagues smoothly. Although I could not understand some professional words sometimes, my colleagues would patiently explain them to me. Through this internship, I decided to work harder to improve my leadership and negotiation skills. The experience I got from the sales department of the the TheTwenty-First Century Hotel will inspire me to seriously face any future challenges in study and work.

Here, I would like to thank China University of Petroleum (Beijing), Century Theater and China International Youth Exchange Center for giving me this internship opportunity. Through the internship, I can see what I need, but also let me learn a lot of work and social experience, which will be for me to set foot in the society. Through my internship, I also made more Chinese friends and increased my understanding of China. In the future, with these valuable experiences, I will march forward in my life and make contributions to international exchanges in the future.
