CUPB International Student Representatives Participate in the Silk Road Youth Fo

On April 28, 2019, CUPB International students went to the Museum of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to participate in the Silk Road Youth forum and learn the spiritual symposium of President Xi at the 2nd "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum and "Beauty Silk Road, Long Silk Road " Silk Road Youth International Concert. This Silk Road Youth Forum series was sponsored by Silk Road Youth Forum, Silk Road International Think Tank Center, Silk Road Encyclopedia Magazine, China International Energy and Public Opinion Research Center, College of International Education of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) co-organized this event. .

As a student representative, Amangeldiyev Sapargeldi from Turkmenistan and Aliyeva Gunay from Azerbaijan participated in the Silk Road Youth Forum and learned the spiritual symposium of President Xi at the 2nd "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum. They talked about their own feelings at the meeting in Chinese. Satova Danagul from Kazakhstan accepted an interview with CCTV outside the venue and talked about her own understanding of President Xi’s spirit of the important speech at the 2nd “Belt and Road” International Cooperation Summit.

At the Silk Road Youth International Concert, four CUPB International students participated in the performance. Pimentel Gonzalez Ildemaro De Jesus from Venezuela and Romero Intriago Katherine Alexandra from Ecuador performed Latin dances, Amangeldiyev Sapargeldi from Turkmenistan performed traditional Turkmen dances, and Nguyen Thi Linh from Vietnam sang the Chinese song《Your Dream》.

There were 27 CUPB International students from 15 “Belt and Road” countries including Yemen, Venezuela, Ecuador, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Ghana, Mozambique, Azerbaijan, Russia, Mongolia, Indonesia and Vietnam in the event.
