At present, the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation is still very grim, and all countries in the world are facing the major challenge. On April 27, 2021, the College of International Education organized the international students' epidemic prevention knowledge conference of CUPB in conference room 306,  International Exchange Center.

At the conference, Vice Dean of the college Liu Xiaoqing introduced the school's epidemic prevention work plan to all the teachers and students. Then the Novel coronavirus pneumonia was introduced in detail by Shen Xiaofeng, the director of the CUPB Hospital, in the context of the rapid deterioration of the new crown pneumonia in some areas. The basic knowledge, symptom resolution, transmission route and prevention guidelines of New Coronavirus were explained in detail. The knowledge about the Coronavirus vaccine and the importance and necessity of vaccination were introduced. Some international students' questions about vaccination were answered. Andrew Mbigiti, teacher of CIE, worked as an English-Chinese translator in this conference.

The bilingual lecture on "international students' epidemic prevention" created a campus epidemic prevention atmosphere of "Externally, we should prevent the importation of the epidemic. Internally, we should prevent a resurgence of the epidemic.", aiming to share the knowledge and experience of epidemic prevention among international students of CUPB, which is of great significance for the College of International Education to promote the campus epidemic prevention and control work and the organization of vaccination for international students.
