On the morning of February 11th, the Spring Festival party of international students was held grandly in the hall on the first floor of the International Exchange Center. The international students at school gathered to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year.

At the party, school leaders Chen Feng, Wu Xiaolin, Bao Zhidong and Han Shangfeng extended New Year greetings to all the international students. Chen Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee, CUPB, encouraged international students to serve as bridges and envoys of friendship between countries under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's concept of "a community with a shared future for mankind." CUPB President Wu Xiaolin reviewed the fruitful achievements of the university in epidemic prevention and control, education, discipline construction, poverty alleviation and other aspects in the past year, and encouraged all international students to study hard and learn skills well. School leaders sent gifts to the international students and took photos with them.

With the careful preparation of the College of International Education and the enthusiastic participation of international students, the atmosphere of the Spring Festival Gala is very happy and exciting. The school leaders, together with the participating teachers and students enjoyed the Chinese songs "Happy New Year" and "Good Luck" performed by the international students, tasted the delicious food cooked by the students from different countries, and guided the international students to make dumplings. Everyone enjoyed the festival, said good-bye to the old year and welcome the New Year.

In addition, the international students also took an active part in the symposium, writing Spring Festival couplets, tying lanterns, spring festival lunch and other activities held by the school. A series of colorful activities let the international students who come from different countries to China not only feel the Chinese New Year atmosphere, but also feel the warmth of home.
