To help the CUPB international students majoring petroleum engineering in learning and career planning and other issues, the College International Education organized the Academic Exchange Meeting for Undergraduate International Students Majoring in Petroleum Engineering on October 25. Professor Sui Weibo, Professional leader of petroleum Engineering undergraduate program taught in English was invited to deliver a speech to the students as the keynote speaker.

At the beginning of the exchange meeting, Vice Dean of CIE Liu Xiaoqing gave a speech, introduced the basic situation of Professor Sui Weibo, and expressed her welcome and gratitude for professor Sui Weibo 's visit to the site and the in-depth exchange with international students.

At the meeting, Professor Sui Weibo briefly introduced her learning experience and research direction, emphasized the importance of basic knowledge learning for undergraduates, and encouraged everyone to learn basic knowledge well in the undergraduate stage. By enumerating many real cases around her, Professor Sui Weibo taught international students to have a comprehensive understanding of the employment, study direction and development path of petroleum engineering. Professor Sui Weibo answered questions raised by international students on the knowledge of specialized courses, specific employment prospects after graduation, and differences in the choice of different research directions after studying for master's degree.

This exchange meeting has benefited international students a lot. The international students further clarified their learning goals.
