At present, the global epidemic is still at a high level, with confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Guizhou, Gansu, Hebei, Hubei and Qinghai, and medium-high risk areas in Beijing. The situation is grim and complex. In order to ensure the health and safety of teachers and students, the university has adjusted its epidemic prevention and control measures accordingly. The following are the tips:
a.All international students should adhere to the principle of "not to go out of school, not to leave Beijing, not to go abroad, and not to gather unless necessary". Students should not go to medium-high risk areas or prefecture-level cities where local cases are located (in Beijing they refer to the towns or streets where the cases are located).
b.Students who really need to leave school for necessary reasons and who will not leave Beijing must go through the procedures of asking for leave, which is changed from the current "record system" to the "approval system". Only after the approval can they leave school, they should return to school and cancel the leave in time. During the period of leaving school, students must keep mobile phones on-line, pay attention to health protection, and make travel records.
c.Students who really need to leave Beijing for special reasons should contact the counsellor in advance and apply for leaving Beijing and can leave Beijing only after the approval of the College of International Education. Before returning to Beijing, students should submit an application with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding, travel card "Green code" and Beijing Health Kit "green code". Only after approval by the College of International Education can they return to school.
d. Students should complete the daily health information report strictly within the specified time, truthfully fill in the personal health information, and should not conceal or falsely report. If there is any epidemic situation, students should contact the counselor immediately and report the details truthfully.
e.Students should attend the class on time, not be late, not leave early, not come back late, not be absent from the dormitory without necessary reason, not stay out at night.
f. Students should maintain social distancing, wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, ventilate and keep other hygiene habits. Keep room clean and cooperate with property management staff to disinfect. Reduce unnecessary outings, try not to leave the Street where you are living, not go to other parts of Beijing. Stay away from crowded entertainment places. Strengthen physical exercise, maintain regular work and rest, healthy diet.
