Students who are in China during winter vacation.


· Activity Procedure


Scan the code to sign up -- join the punching group -- stick to punching in every day for 21 days -- view the award results


· Deadline for Registration


February 5th at 17:00


· Activity Time


Feb.6 -- Feb.28 (Please choose one day from Feb.6, and you can reach the standard by punching in 21 days before 17:00 on Feb.28)


· Events


There is no limit to how you can exercise, such as push-ups, sit-ups, jump rope, dancing, yoga, running, walking, etc. Daily exercise time ≥50min is required.


· Method of Participation


The following information should be submitted daily by the students in the form of the event: ① brief introduction of the exercise content (such as plank support for 15 minutes, push-ups for 15 minutes); ② Sports APP recording screenshots can reflect the exercise time (such as KEEP, Huawei sports software, WeChat sports, etc.).


· Rewards


According to your participation, we will select a number of awards from many aspects, such as the persistence of daily submission of information and the richness of the content, and award the winning students with certificates and awards.

Warm Tips:

1.Try to choose sports at home, in dormitory rooms and on the school playground. Outdoor exercise must be carried out under the principle of no concentration, no company, less communication, keeping distance. Avoid physical contact while exercising and avoid participating in team sports.


2. Scientific exercise. As for the way and duration of exercise, please be sure to decide according to your personal physical condition. Warm up before exercise, stretch, hydrate and keep good hand hygiene after exercise.


3. It is not suitable for special groups: people with asthma, people suffering from heart disease or cardiovascular disease, people suffering from all kinds of diseases which prevent you from doing exercise. Please be sure to protect personal health as the premise.


4. Please participate in the activity in good faith. The data will be verified during the selection.
