Notice on the Registration of New Students in China of Class 2020

Dear students,

 

According to the latest university requirements, STUDENTS CURRENTLY IN CHINA can report to the university according to the notified time provided that they meet the corresponding requirements listed below:

All new students who are in China should complete the registration and reporting before September 15th, 2020.

1. Students reporting from low-risk category areas of China should report to the university and register with a negative nucleic acid test certificate and a green health QR code "green code" within 7 days of the test. Those who do not have the conditions for nucleic acid testing, after reporting to the university with the green health QR code "green code", testing will be arranged at the university health observation point first, before being allowed to do normal study and life after the nucleic acid test is negative.

2. Students reporting from middle-risk category areas of China, after 14 days of intensive or home medical observation, can report to the university with a negative nucleic acid test certificate and a health QR code "green code" within 7 days of the test.

3. Students in high-risk category areas of China are not allowed to report to the university until further notice.

STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY OVERSEAS should not report to the university before receiving the latest notification from the school regarding the latest reporting and registration of overseas students.

Current International students from China who are planning to go to the school and live on campus should submit the accommodation reservation on the admission.cup.edu.cn website three days prior to your planned date of arrival. Nucleic acid test results made within 7 days prior to the date of entering the campus and health code green code shall be submitted. When choosing the time to enter the school, please choose a more specific time, only from 8:00-11:30 and 14:00-17:30.


If you choose to live off-campus in Beijing, please send your Chinese name, English name, passport number, first page of your passport, residence permit page, health code green code and nucleic acid test results within 7 days to xzq@cup.edu.cn 3 days before your planned arrival at the latest. We will reply to your application individually. If you have been in Beijing since August 20 and do not plan to live on campus, there is no need to submit nucleic acid test results.
