CUPB 12th campus triathlon competition registration opens in 2021
I、Date and Place of Competition
Race time: 9:00 am, Saturday, 8 May 2021.
Venue: China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
II、Competition Methods
A. The Rules of Campus Triathlon (2018 edition) of Colleges and Universities are implemented (see Annex 1).
B. Competition items
a.Men's and women's individual events
b.In mixed relay events：there shall be at least 1 female in a team of 3 persons. Each person completes a stage and 3 people answer the questions together. 5 seconds will be deducted for correct answers and 5 seconds will be added for incorrect answers.

III、Eligibility for registration
A. College students, postgraduates, and international students registered by me can participate; those who are in good health can register for the competition. In order to ensure the safety of competition and prevent sports accidents, all those who suffer from the following diseases (and include other diseases that cannot participate in sports competitions).
a Anyone who has a heart disease;
b Other chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, hepatitis, kidney disease, endocrine disease, etc.);
c Has undergone organ transplantation;
d Postoperative recovery period.
B. Undergraduates, international students, preparatory students, and postgraduates will participate in the competition with the college as a unit. Individual events and mixed relay events are limited to one entry per person. For mixed relay events, each college is limited to two teams.
C. BMX, roller skates, helmets, protective gear, etc. will be provided uniformly by the competition committee. Uniforms and sports shoes must be provided by yourself.
IV、Registration method and time
A. Deadline for registration: 14:00, Wednesday, April 28.
B.Please fill in the registration form in the student group and scan the code to enter the competition group
V、Reward Method
a. Individual projects and mixed relay projects will be awarded a certificate of achievement; the "Iron Man Spirit Award" will be awarded a certificate of honor.
b. The College of International Education will give extra incentives to the top eight students in each category. All participants and the winning students will be awarded bonus points in the future award evaluation.
VI、Practice before the competition
In the pre-race stage, in order to effectively improve the athletes' participating ability, technical guidance from the Triathlon Association and the Roller Skating Association is specially arranged for the athletes to provide pre-race guidance, including getting familiar with the track, adapting to the competition equipment (BMX, roller skates, helmet), and getting familiar with the competition rules.

Practice time: April 19th -- May 5th (except Saturday and Sunday)
Venue: Hongqi Playground, BMX and roller skating route
Equipment collection place: Natatorium.
Collection method: take the bike/roller skates with your student ID card.
Notes:
Students must wear helmets when riding the bicycle, and must wear helmets and protective gear when skating.
After each training, the BMX and roller skates shall be handed over to the designated administrator;
Follow the arrangement of the technical instructor to glide and ride in the prescribed training venue.
If you find any violation during the practice, you will be disqualified.
There will be no adaptive venue link in this competition.
