Notice on Supplementary Examination for Undergraduates at the Beginning of Spring Semester in 2019-2020 Academic Year
The supplementary examination for undergraduates in the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year is scheduled to be held from May 30 to June 5, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Examination time
a) General required courses (excluding College Physical Education): May 30 (Saturday) and May 31 (Sunday), 2020;
b) Other compulsory courses: from Monday, June 1 to Friday, June 5, 2020, the specific time is arranged by the school of opening courses.
2. Application method
a) Students on Campus: from 9:00 on May 23, 2020 to 9:00 on May 25, 2020, log in to the undergraduate educational administration management system for online application. For students who have already signed up, please check the registration status first. If the system shows that they have signed up successfully, there is no need to sign up again.
b) Completed students: fill in the application form for supplementary examination of completed students, and submit the electronic application form to the school before 12:00 a.m. from May 19 to May 21 (1639245851@qq.com , students who have already submitted do not need to submit again).
3. Supplementary examination query
Please refer to the website of Academic Affairs Office for the supplementary examination arrangement of public compulsory courses, and the websites of colleges for other compulsory courses.
4.Other instructions
a) Students who have been disqualified from the course examination, absent from the examination, violate the examination discipline or cheat must be retaken and cannot take the make-up examination. After the application is completed, the Academic Affairs Office will carry out examination for qualification. Those who have participated in the examination will be disqualified. The results will be invalid. The final list of P.E. Students with make-up examination qualification shall be subject to the one published by the school of culture and sports.
b) Students must register for the make-up examination through the undergraduate academic affairs management system within the specified time. Those who fail to register or register for the make-up examination shall be deemed to have given up the chance of making-up examination.
c) Make up examination adopts online examination mode.
5. Make up examination arrangement
The examination method (examination platform) and examination information will be adjusted according to the application, and the adjusted content will be published through the homepage of the college before the examination.
