Xiaohong CHEN
Chen Xiaohong, Ph.D., professor, doctoral tutor.
From 1978 to 1982, he studied in the Department of Mathematics of Nanjing University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. From 1985 to 1988, he studied in the Department of Mathematics of Harbin Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Science degree. From 1990 to 1993, he studied at the University of Petroleum (Beijing) and obtained applied geophysical engineering. Ph.D.; a visiting scholar at the University of Columbia in the United States in 1997. He is currently the deputy director of the China Petroleum Geophysical Exploration Committee, the director of the Chinese Geophysical Society, the US SEG member, and the European EAGE member. Deputy Director of the Technical Committee of the National Engineering Laboratory for Offshore Oil Exploration, Deputy Director of the Laboratory, Member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Geophysical Exploration of China National Petroleum Corporation. Deputy Director of the Editorial Committee of Petroleum Geophysical Exploration and Editorial Board of Petroleum Geophysical Exploration. Member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Education, and an undergraduate teaching evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education.
In recent years, undergraduate and postgraduate lectures on "Digital Processing of Seismic Data", "CT for the Earth", "Basic Geophysical Inversion", and "The Frontier of Geophysics" are the teachers of the postgraduate brand curriculum. The main examination "seismic data processing methods", "signal analysis and processing" and other textbooks.
Mainly engaged in seismic inversion, seismic data processing and time-lapse seismic reservoir monitoring technology research work. Responsible for and completed more than 30 national natural science fund projects, national "863", "973", national science and technology major projects and ministerial-level scientific research projects, won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, Beijing, The Ministry of Education and other science and technology awards 7 times, published more than 200 papers. In 1998, he was awarded the outstanding young backbone teacher of Beijing University. In 2000, he won the Youth Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Geophysical Society (Fu Chengyi Award). In 2004, he was awarded the “Capital Labor Medal”by Beijing.
