阎光绪,1962年出生,现为中国石油大学(北京)化学工程学院环境工程系教授,系主任。2000年获中科院沈阳应用生态研究所生态学理学博士学位,2003年4月中国石油大学化学工艺博士后流动站出站,并在现工作单位工作至今。长期从事环境工程领域的教学与科学研究,主要研究方向为“三废”治理与资源化、给排水系统优化、污染生态评价及修复。先后作为负责人和主要负责人完成了中石油、中石化总公司多项科研项目。特别是针对难降解稠油污水及化工污水,打破传统的氧化高耗能处理理念,从源头出发,采用资源回收的低碳处理及综合利用方案,进行了卓有成效的研究及应用,稠油污水预处理技术已实现工业化,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。目前承担中石油重大专项子课题2项,已发表科技论文40余篇,获授权专利4项,获省部级科技进步二等奖1项。
